Seattle Seahawks Blog
This is a game that Seattle should be able to take and as long as we keep the mistakes to a minimum and don't come out flat like we did against New Orleans, we should win. I see the game coming out 27-13 Hawks.
Here's our keys to the game:
1. Counter Hester with a little Seneca: Hester is a dangerous threat on Chicago, but why can't Seattle counter with a little danger of their own? Ok, Seneca isn't as fast as Hester, but he can move in the open field. Get Seneca involved in the offense to just mix it up a bit
2. Watch the deep ball: Again, Chicago DOES have some speed with Hester and Berriman. Couple that with the fact that we haven't been beaten deep in a while and it's a recipe for disaster. Grant and Russell can't fall asleep back there
3. Shaun's not starting? Who gives a &$%@, sit him down if he's just going to collect paycheck after paycheck. Mo Mo Mo Morris is what I have to say about that. Morris has GOT to hang onto the ball though...he seems to fumble in key situations. BTW, check out the video on ESPN labeled "Fitzy"....it's hilarious: ESPN
4. Defensive pressure. Rexy's first start in a while, there's no reason we shouldn't sack this guy 10 times this week.
