How refreshing to watch the games in Colorado where for once, every inch of outfield wall was NOT occupied by corporate advertising.
Baseball should learn from the NFL (in many ways) in that the field is sacred and advertising should not be allowed on the field....the wall is considered in the field of play...how terrible it is that you allow this to happen. You should seriously consider taking advertising down on all walls...it's an eye sore when watching the highlights at say Cincinnati where the entire wall is filled with ads.
And unless MLB ever established a salary cap, teams like Seattle, Pittsburgh, Kansas City will never have a chance to win a world series. Like a said, take some learnings from real pro sports like the NFL.
