The City of Seattle and it's council are the absolute WORST in the country. They have no idea how to make a decision...i.e. Sonics, i.e. Monorail, i.e. make Seattle greener by putting in more parks vs. all the damn parking lots. I can't believe we are letting the Sonics go....let's be honest people, this issue is not getting resolved and the team is gone in 2 years, simple as that. Seattle is such a joke of a city sometimes.......

I know, being a Seattlite, that the Hornets are still in OK right now. Plus, there is a lease on Key Arena until 2010 for the Sonics, and I would expect the Oklahoma owners to use it up. After that, I pray that they still stay here or go to Renton (their stadium is scheduled to be completed by 2010)
And the only thing I'll get on the Council about is the fact that they would build a multi-million dollar stadium for a football team that plays maybe 10 home games a year, but not for the Sonics. What a bunch of idiots.
