Those stock market M's are up 3 points this week w/ a great 3 game sweep of the Padres. Let's give it up for a few players:
Ichiro: hitting .314 now and really coming through in the clutch lately. He is the key to this team's success, bottom line
Carl Everett: our top power guy right now, hitting .265 w/ 7 HR's. So far, so good for this guy, but you never know when he might implode
Lopez: Team MVP still, hitting .304 w/ 6 HR's and 34 RBI's, which is leading the team
Washburn: we've been hard on this guy this year, but his 2-5 record is misleading given a 3.81 ERA
If they can keep this up against Baltimore, they can close the gap on the 3 game lead held by Oakland. This division is going to be rocky all year long at best.
