2005 Washington State Cougars (post Crapple Cup)

In my opinion, the Cougars should have won 4 more games this year. They have a lot of guys that could go pro, meaning they have plenty enough talent to win games.

As much as I like Bill's story of his long road to becoming head coach, maybe it is a coaching issue, not sure. I guess the only thing I know from "the outside" is that when teams don't achieve a fraction of their potential over a period of years, talent goes pro. I think that if the Cougs can land a new quarterback or enough general surrounding talent that somehow molds the team, they will do something in these coming years. More in a bit...

the cougs will be fine. the QB is just a sophmore and we have a lot of returning talent. I agree with your assessment of the coach SSBG, anytime a team loses that many in the fourth quarter, the coaches are not making the right adjustments or the use the same game plan over and over again. If it is not the game plans, then it is our conditioning, which again is a major coaching problem...bring back mike price.
