hmmmmm, not my first choice, but if it keeps Ray happy, then that's all that matters. I think Weiss is a bit too passive of a coach for my books...and doesn't exactly have the best track record. I would have rather taken Silas or someone else.....

jerome got WAY over paid. he played well against a team with no center (see Sac.)
he will now be in NY where he is way to immature and just not good enough to handle the pressure (see Ryan Leaf; although i hate to reference a coug like that).
